• Apply the fundamentals of Microsoft Windows Installer technology to your application
• Implement Workbench setup requirements
• Describe the elements of good component design
• Identify and resolve user profile-related ICE errors
• Create installations that use custom actions
• Create an SVS package
• Apply security permissions to an .MSI using various methods
• Import files into the Software Manager database
• View, display, filter, detect, and resolve conflicts in a package

Prerequisites

• Basic understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Use Wise Package Studio regularly
• Attend the Repackaging with Wise Package Studio instructor-led training course
