Online Support is complimentary and is provided through the Altiris Service Center, which allows you to access many resources via a single sign-on. The resources are available individually as well.

Incident Support is an "as needed" support offering designed for Altiris installations in smaller organizations.

Premium

Premium Support provides more extensive contact with highly specialized support engineers in levels flexible to meet your varied needs.

Assigned Engineer

The Assigned Engineer offering allows a customer to purchase a specific length of time from a named support engineer.

Designated Engineer

Designated Engineer service takes the enterprise support commitment a step further by locating the engineer on site at your place of business.
